I grew up around organizational development. My parents built Unique Sources, a Dutch consultancy that has helped teams and leaders do real change work for over two decades. So the questions underneath this practice — how people and systems actually shift, what makes a team more than the sum of its parts — were dinner-table conversation long before AI made them urgent.

Most people meet AI as a slightly better search box. A small few learn to operate it — bringing self-knowledge, intentional context and a real working relationship to the tools, so the AI amplifies who they actually are instead of flattening them into a generic prompt. That's the difference between a passenger and a driver.

My method has four steps — Understand → Reframe → Build → Apply. What makes it mine isn't any single framework; it's the synthesis: psychometric self-knowledge, human–AI relationship design, and frameworks from across fields, woven into one tapestry you can operate from.
