Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ai-operator.tools and any related coaching, workshops, audits, or digital products (together, the "Service"), provided by Sander Warffemius, based in the Netherlands.

The Service includes a public website, a free AI Operator Guide, a Knowledge Library (partly free, partly paid), and paid 1:1 and team engagements. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and is not professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

You agree not to abuse the Service: no scraping, automated bulk downloads, reselling of paid content, or using the Service to build a competing product without written permission.

Paid products and engagements are billed in EUR via Stripe. One-time digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by consumer law. For coaching packages and team engagements, cancellation and refund terms are agreed in writing before the engagement begins.

All materials — text, guides, frameworks, library entries and code — remain the property of AI Operator Tools unless explicitly stated otherwise. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you've paid for.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Operator Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
